Heating Visit:
During the Heating visit, Calvey will turn off your system, vacuum furnace/burner cabinet for heat exchanger, sand down/clean flame sensor on burners, dust and clean all debris off equipment, inspect all electrical connections, confirm gas pressure at gas valve, check capacitor at blower motor, confirm blower wheel is balanced, change/wash filters as needed (1” filter included), confirm all furnace operations during call for heating. Not all checklist items pertain to every maintenance. Eligibility begins the day of your first visit.
Cooling Visit:
During the Cooling visit, Calvey will turn off cooling system, clean indoor evaporator coil, dust and clean debris off equipment, clean condenser coil, check dual capacitor for compressor/fan, inspect all electrical connections, confirm refrigerant levels (if needed freon not included), change/wash filters as needed (1” filter included), confirm all cooling operations during call for cooling. Not all checklist items pertain to every maintenance. Eligibility begins the day of your first visit.
